Hello! I'm Austin Bursby, the proud owner of Go 2 Comfort in Bremen, GA. My journey into the HVAC industry began long before I started my business. Growing up, I watched my father work in the field, and those early years instilled in me a deep-rooted passion for the industry. With 14 years under my belt now, I've had the privilege of both learning from my father and growing from my own experiences.

When it comes to customer service, I believe in a straightforward approach. Instead of presenting you with sales pitches or gimmicks, I prefer sitting down and working together to find the solution that's just right for you. After all, my focus isn't on making a sale, but on creating genuine relationships and helping people.

One of the best parts about my job? Every day is a new adventure. No two issues are the same, and I relish the opportunity to troubleshoot and solve each unique challenge. Along the way, I also get to meet so many wonderful members of our community, fostering ongoing relationships that go beyond just business.

Outside of work, I treasure spending time with my family. We have a small farm, where you'll find me tending to our chickens and goats during my free hours. Bremen, with its tight-knit community, has always been close to my heart. The small-town atmosphere means we're not just neighbors; we're family. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, and I love that everyone genuinely looks out for each other here.
